A mother to an adult who is diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
Founded in collaboration with therapists, family and volunteers from 'Kvutzat Hashavim ’association’, an association formed out of a personal and a social need.
Education - holds a B.Ed in special education and is a senior teacher in special education.
Ester specializes at writing curriculum for special education.
Directed kindergartens for 25 years in Herzelia, Kindergartens that included children with special needs.
Ester together with Rami Vidra founded a treatment method called 'Mila’ - an alternative treatment method to balance mind-body.
She studied through workshops and seminars complementary and alternative therapies
and she believes in integration between alternative and the conventional therapies.
She views 'Kvutzat Hashavim’ as a therapeutic response in teaching social skills,
which allows personal empowerment with emphasis on the strength within every individual.
She also advocates inclusion of children and adults with special needs in the educational, social and occupational systems, to be customized to personal needs.

An activist for years in promoting the rights and legislation for ASD Children and adults in Israel (Via 'ALUT – the society for autistic children in Israel). Developer of Inclusive programs in the community for Autistic Adults.
a member of 'the civil society forum’ to promote the convention on the rights of people with disabilities -Beit Issie Shapiro, a forum of representatives for associations and organizations who represent people with disabilities in the state of Israel.
An initiator and founder of ’Leviot’, a leadership of parents of special needs kids in Ramat Hasharon. And these days, after finding relief in the Cannabis – An active mother who promotes the clinical research and getting the Autism as qualifying condition for Medical Marijuana Plan.

He currently teaches at the school of medicine at the Hebrew university and Hadassah in Jerusalem and serves as a director of several companies and organizations for the public.
Gilad Ofir – Executive Board MemberGilad Ofir is an artist and a senior lecturer. Chairman of the Plastic Arts Association in Israel. he has had many solo exhibitions and group exhibitions in leading museums and galleries in Israel and around the world .

He is a senior lecturer at Bezalel Academy of Arts in Jerusalem and Shenkar – Engineering, Design and Art Academy, has a Bachelor degree in Photography from the School Of Visual Arts, New York and has a graduate degree (MFA) from Hunter College New York. He also studied semiotics at The New School of Social Research in New York.

He is a business man and the affairs of individuals with special needs is close to his heart . Oded employs individuals with special needs in each of his businesses.
